If you haven’t done so, you will be requested to register your ReadyNAS first, our technical support specialist can help you with this. Please be aware that ReadyNAS purchased prior to August 21, 2007 carries a one-year limited warranty. Warranty information can be found in the ReadyNAS Comparison Chart. Optional NETGEAR ProSupport for ReadyNAS is available for those wanting and needing premium-level support.
An online support community is available at ReadyNAS Community Forum. The ReadyNAS team, including developers and support personnel, along with regular ReadyNAS users frequent the forum and are always willing to help out.
