Ultra 4 Plus Memory Specs? Pro 4?

Does anyone know what the ideal memory specs are for the Ultra 4 Plus? This thread has a a 4GB module known to work in the non-plus 4, but I'm not sure whether the dual core version would differ in regards to modules. I assume the Pro 4 would use the same modules as the Ultra 4 Plus since I hear the hardware is the same. Any thoughts would be great!

I'm about to order an Ultra 4 Plus and would like to know so I can order so-dimm at the same time.

Can I ask what drives (models) you put in your Ultra 4 Plus?

if you already have an ultra, you can pop the top cover off and look at the existing dimm and google the numbers.

I belive that 4 gig is the limit for the chipset, at least for the atom based systems.

Use the same ddr speed as the original and look for a 2 or 4 gig version of it.

my ultra4 (not plus) came with:

ASint DDRII 1gb-667
SSY2128M8-J6EPB
