I've successfully upgrade my NV+ with Apacer 1G DDR400 memory module . I decide to buy DDR 400 just because the original memory module shipped with NV+ is one unigeion DDR400 stick. Either of the two memory stick works under 2.5-3-3-7 perfectly.
Btw: I was thinking to buy a Kingston but I can find nothing but only 512M module.
