Just for your information : yesterday I bought a new 1G from OFFTECH (http://www.offtek.fr/ModelData.php?stid=6&model=ReadyNAS+NV%2B+RND4000&modeltype=&manu=NETGEAR)
It works great : no problem during the 2 memTest and daily usage !
The sticker on the stick say : HYS1276481GBOE 1GB PC2700 64x8 200 SODIMM OFFTECK
