3200 RAIDiator 4.2.17 overload CPU lost connection 16156895

Hello,
we have some problem with ReadyNAS 3200 RAIDiator 4.2.17.
3:00-4:00AM one virtual server backup data, traffic is about 200Mbit
or if I transfere anything lagre data to (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI netgear overload CPU and iSCSI, NFS... lost connections)
in this time CPU load average 6
jumbo frames is on

Can we help me please?

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.
