ReadyNAS 4200 NFS or iSCSI to ESXi 4.0 server

HI,

What provides the best throughput, NFS or iSCSI to an ESXi 4.0 server? We just bought a ReadyNAS 4200 to move our virtual load to and I would like to provide the best throughput on it. Also what is the maximum amount of storage space I can allocate to a NFS or iSCSI share?

When I create and iSCSI target it's about 10 TB less than what I have. Do I have to create two iSCSI targets to utilize all my disk space?
