Hi, Yes please can you generate me a new one, the key I used to have which I unregistered and tried to re-register in the new box is saying its already registered.. maybe its a time thing? i only unregistered it abuot 2-3 hours ago..please advise and let me know what you need, for now i am using the trial licence for 45 days on the new box.
The update is that I decided to start fresh with the new box without massaging in the previous backups to the new box, I figured rather than mess about copying tb's of data, i'll just retain them on my NAS until they are no longer required (retention is met on the new box) and then i'll delete them from my nas and regain MY storage!
So, I tried to unregister the licence on the destination box and re-add it to the replacement (prod version with 1tb disks)..
what happens is all the jobs and history in the replicate web portal disappears, so i have to re-set up the jobs again which is a bit of a pain but no real drama.. the main issue is the licence key is not accepted as per post above.
If there is a better process to follow it may be worth posting it here as some users may have more than 5 or so jobs set up like i did and may want to keep the history.. it would actually be nice to get that back at least so i can compare times in the new site vs my home rather than trawl through all the email reports.
