Mac can't see Egnyte share, W7 can

Postby pszilard » Fri Jun 29, 2012 2:56 am

I have Egnyte seemingly successfully set up on a ReadyNAS PRO4. The share it uses is "ELC". I can see this from a Windows 7 PC but cant from a Mac.

CIFS, NFS and AFP are all enabled as Read/Write. I tried accessing as Admin, but still no go from the Mac OS X Lion.

Why is this?

Cheers...

Hi Paul, have you tried CIFS using smb to map the drive?
Also can you please submit a ticket through our helpdesk and provide the ticket#? That way I can escalate the issue and track it with our support team.

Thanks,
~ Johnny
