Thanks for the assistance. I did speak to a support rep and they used a remote diagnostic tool and mentioned that the updates were uploading and were queued but not activating and I haven't heard back since.
Is it possible I could correspond with someone directly?
I'm from Qualcomm supporting Skifta for ReadyNAS and trying to fix a problem where the readyNAS updates have apparently bricked drives and may have caused Skifta to stop working... see the thread here:

Obviously I need to investigate if this is the case but I'm now stuck in a permanent loop as the updates have bricked our NAS so I can't test against the product updates from Netgear..
I'm looking specifically for how to:
1) Trigger the update to begin on my drive (the update is in place but not active)
