I recently purchased a ReadyNV+ and am using the slimserver with a squeezebox.

I am trying to get moose to work. I have followed the instructions and have been successful in reading the slimserver database on the NAS so that Moose has a list of the music files loaded but I can't do anything else, moose says that it is "awaiting server response".

When I go to say "Cover Chooser" I get the message at the bottom "Connected to server ... logging in ... please wait" and nothing else happens

In preferences I have IP 192.168.2.100, CLI 9090 and web 9000.
I have turned off windows firewall on the pc

Any sugestion welcome.
Thanks

Had the same thing... Took me 2 days to figure out that you have to enable CLI in Slimserver (in the plugin section).

Good luck,

many thanks - it worked, not sure that I would ever have found that!

Now if only I could get the cover art to work, if I run a local version of slimserver the cover art is shown, but the readynv+ slimserver never recognises / shows the cover art for some reason despite both versions accessing the same database of files.
