ReadyNAS to Tivo Help??

Hello, I am new to the NAS world. My question is concerning using DLNA to play videos stored on my NAS, and play them back on my TIvo Premiere. Now I used handbrake to encode all of the videos to .MP4 H.264, and i even tried MPEG-2. My problem is that is see the folders I have created for all of my shows and separate seasons on my Tivo but i do not see any files whatsoever. I have done the media scan in Frontview as well. Is this a filetype issue or what I am perplexed and I usually search the web and find all of the pertinent info but this time i am having trouble. Surely there has to be someone doing this as well and know the corrects formats or what it is I am doing wrong.

detchison - the tivo's will only see files with a .tivo extension. Had the same issue recently; had one folder that had shows in it with .mp4 extensions (i'd converted for use on my ipad) and all the other shows had .tivo extensions. only the ones with the .tivo extensions showed up from the NAS on the tivo "Now Showing" list.
