I have not gone into the front end in a while. I cannot get my password to work. Is there a way to reset this?

https://nas_name/password_recovery/ if you had filled in that info at one point.
Otherwise you can do a firmware re-install. Resets network to DHCP, and admin password to default: faq.php#How_do_I_re-install_the_firmware%3F
