Hi !
One of my backup folder suddently disappeared, and was no more visible under windows explorer although it was visible under the online web browser. Even worse, I renamed this folder and now the folder disappeared from the onlinw web browser as well.
all other folders under the same share are perfectly visible both on windows explorer and web interface. I did not change permission on the missing folder.
The share is BACKUP and the missing folder is 1_DATA (renamed to 1_DATAS). It disappeared after I copied files into a sub-folder of 1_DATA using the software Synchronize It (the target folder was recognized as a windows folder since I mapped the share as a network drive).
I am using ReadyNas duo with firmware RAIDiator 4.1.7 and I have tested Windows explorer access with two distinct PC running under Windows 7 (32 bits and 64 bits).
Can you please help me ?
Many thanks in advance
Nicolas

UPDATE :
I have tested the following without success:
- Reboot the NAS several times
- Open the share with both admin and NAS user credentials (User = the one used to access the NAS share) under windows and online web interface
- Re-map the share as a Windows network drive
- Empty cache on my browser
- rename another folder inside the same share: this works well
- upgrade to RAIDiator 4.1.8
