readynas duo v2 remote android app help

i have a readynas duo v2 ive downloaded the android app but i cant login as its asks me for ftp login details,ive installed a addon RemoteiPhone-arm_1.1 (works with android to apperantly) but still no luck it still asks me for ftp details and fails to login using the anon and my login details?

any1 else had this problem with theres and can help me get past it?

on my android phone it logs in then shows my nas then when i click on it,it says you need ftp to access it then when i enter details it says could not establish ftp connetion with readynas mplease check you have enabled ftp access

RAIDiator 5.3.5 will add FTP services protocol, it's Public Bata version has released, it still has some issue for FTP protocol, we are debugging now.

I updated software to Raidiator 5.3.5., but when succesfully logging into remote on Android I don't see my folders and files. Just... darkness. Anyone knows what causes this?
