Storage allocation issue

Hi,

We are using ReadyNAS NV+ and it was working fine. Now the issue is, if i allocate 10 GB for a user they could only able to use 7.5 GB around. We are really don't know what setting changes has been made by us?? So can anyone please help us :roll:

Do you have a group quota set as well?

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.
