https with active directory

Postby mcyclegar1 » Wed Aug 15, 2007 8:07 am

Hello ALL

I have a ReadyNAS NV+ configured with Domain security and works fine within the network.

I want a few shares to be acceable on the web with https and has accordingly configured the share as both cifs and http/s under shares.

When i browse the share with IE it asks me for a username and password.

As i assume i need to use ADS username and password to login.

When i login as administrator i can see the web shares and is able to access it in the browser which is what i want.

But when i am logging as different user from ADS with proper permissions on the share i am unable to login, i am not entering domain name anywhere in the login screen.

Can you please help me on this issue.

Thanks
Mohammed
