Button backup fails, Radiator backup succeeds

Postby vandermerwe » Fri Dec 29, 2006 7:50 am

I have a problem in that the backups I have set up all work if initiated manually through radiator, however if I am not logged in to radiator and I attempt to backup by pushing the backup button, I receive error messages by email saying that the source paths could not be accessed. The sources for all my backups are on a desktop on the network. All the files involved are set for file sharing.

Any help?

If you have multiple backup jobs assigned to the backup button, please try it with only one backup job assigned. Do you get the same error message? If so, what are the details of the backup job?

I have just solved the problem, I think. I was using windows/nas (timestamp). I have changed this to windows (archive bit), and it now works.
