Cannot get Sickbeard started after factory reset even!

Postby damianm79 » Mon Jul 30, 2012 6:26 pm

Hi,

I have an Ultra 6 NAS.

Just freshly factory reset and I'm trying to get sickbeard running..

Originally I installed, PHP, Python 2.6, SabNzbd and then Sickbeard. Every add-on works, except sickbeard will not start.
I factory reset again, installed Python 2.6 and then Sickbeard. Wont start.
Factor reset again, bought and installed Python 2.7 and then sickbeard, wont start.

I have no idea what's going on. I originally have had this working previously, but an install of Couchpotato and Headphones seemed to have mucked up Sickbeard. and re-installing/removing/re-installing didn't help and made it worse.

I'm starting to feel the netgear firmware is the only difference between its first installation and now. Currently running the latest 4.2.21 RAIDiator.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.. I'm tired of Factory resetting this damn thing.. lol..

Damian.

If you haven't already contract readynasxtras and let them know the versions of the add-ons you have installed especially sickbeard. You should have got an email address you can send queries to when you purchased the add-on.

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.

for reference, I also have the same issue caused by the same add-on's on the same night.

(I just haven't done a thing yet to repair it, he's smarter than me, so I'm waiting for him to suss it.)
