共有フォルダが見えなくなりました。

下記メールが届き、共有フォルダが見えなくなりました。

下記の共有へのパスが見つかりません。 ReadyNAS がデータボリュームにアクセスできなくなった場合にこの現象が発生します。

is corrupt, and you might try running e2fsck with an alternate superblock:
e2fsck -b 8193 <device>
データを復旧するにはどうすればよいでしょうか？
