HELP - ReadyNAS Photos totally broken

After some difficulties in the beginning my ReadyNAS Photos was working perfect for quiet a while.
Now I wanted to add a new album. The only thing ReadyNAS Photos did, was to copy the files to the media/pictures/<userid> share, but the new album never appeared. I stopped and restarted ReadyNAS Photos, did the same with a few restarts of the NV+, but nothing helped. It is not possible to add an album anymore. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall the add-on (of course I lost all my existing albums with that!! customers will be happy). Nothing changed!! Now I have a ReadyNAS Photos, which shows up perfect, but is empty and doesn't accept new albums!
What shall I do?
