Unable to obtain the albums shared by you

Hi, Can some one put any light on this problem?

I am running mac snow leopard, Readynas photos. i have imported all my albums ok and have shared some albums, but when i click on the shared albums it says "Unable to obtain the albums shared by you" but i can see them from the email web link i send? Can i update to photos II?

Hello,

Unfortunately Photos II is only for x86 machines, not the spac based units. Make sure your Duo is on the latest firmware. You may also want to try uninstalling and reinstalling Photos!

Hello,
I experienced similar issue and escalated on the French Forum Question s but didn't get any reply.
On last July, I imported a new Album but when going to "Shared Albums", I have an error message "Unable to obtain the albums shared by you".
Readynas Photo never worked properly. It's slow and always have some issues. I was expecting for improvement but it never happens in 3 years. There is now a new version Readynas Photo II but unfortunately not available on ReadyNAS Duo.
