There seems to have been some confusion regarding how best to get support for the ReadyNAS Vault. Many questions have already been answered in this forum, but occasionally issues require additional information from the NETGEAR support team or the dedicated ReadyNAS Vault experts.

The support team is ready and able to answer most questions regarding the Vault. However, if they are not able to answer your question or resolve your issues, they will direct you to dedicated Vault experts via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org .
Apparently a few incorrect spellings and variations of the above email address have been distributed, but email@example.com is correct.
