ReadyNAS Vault Intermittently Stops

I am having problems with the ReadyNAS Vault program stopping without warning. We have the Vault set up to maintain a mirror image of our server . . . but every 2-3 weeks it just stops backing up the files for no aparent reason and with no warning or notification. Any words of wisdom would be much appreciated.
