Downloaded your add-on yesterday and installed it 2 hours ago before reading this thread :( can you tell us what to do to get it working.

For now it's useless. First thing to do is to add a new user in stead of the admin but that did not work...does it have to do with the outdated timezone package or do i have to make the changes as described in the ownCloud help section?

[EDIT] Ok, did as the help section described and deleted a line in a js and rebooted. Can now create users...

I also purchased and installed the owncloud addon and applied the provided update. I'm using an Ultra 6 Plus on RAIDiator 4.2.21 and IE 9. PHP is 5.3.14-1~rnx1 and PHPMyAdmin is v3.4.10.1-rnx86-1.3.2. Unfortunately, nothing in the web portal is operational. The calendar itself is missing, icons do not render completely and, with the exception of logging out, no function buttons work.

All other purchased addons work properly.

[UPDATE] I used my Kindle Fire to access my ReadyNAS OwnCloud and everything worked the way it should. I had to remove my intranet zone from IE9's compability mode to make the portal appear correctly.

Would love to have a look at your setup. Unable to reproduce the problems locally so it would be great to see where and why it fails on your box to be able to hopefully provide a fix for that.

...tnx for fixing this - Calendar works for me now with ownCloud_4.0.4-x86-0.2.4 installed. But i have still the Problem that sync does not work with the errors below in the log. I don't expect it to be my sync client since it works well with a other owncloud installation.

Code: Select all

07-20 09:31:05:159 csync.statedb - sqlite version mismatch
07-20 09:31:05:162 csync.statedb - sqlite3_compile error: no such table: metadata - on query SELECT COUNT(phash) FROM metadata LIMIT 1 OFFSET 0;

So I have installed the app. Where is the setting to actually link ownCloud to a folder on my NAS. Does this require Mirall?

How about the Sparc version? (ARM and x86 being available, already)

Are the owncloud users on this addond the same as the readynas user?
For example when there exists the user martin on the readynas, I'm able to save files on the share martin ( by samba). When logging in to owncloud also as martin, can I access these files which I created on the samba share?

That's why I'm asking ... :?
Stefan has mentioned that he is working on it - and I've been asking on the status.

Hello.. Is there a way to access a share on the readynas or display a share and its files in owncloud? I thought this would be useful for current shares that are used for file transfers, etc. Any ideas if this is doable? Thanks!!

Nevermind.. I was able to use SSH to copy a target directory shortcut (i.e., /c/Temp) and added it to the users profile folder in the .owncloud directory.

Someone could try to delete in settings/js/users.js line 216 :
<code>
location.reload();
</code>

Delete web browser cache too before testing.

Creating a symlink from the owncloud dictonary to for example media worked for me.
[edit] Didn't saw your solution :D . But creating a symlink to the userprofile of the nas didn't work correct / isn't a nice solution.[/edit]
