kc1 - I see you still have not had any luck with this. I would suggest you open your own discussion and then open an online tech support case. Once you have the case number, edit your first post in the new discussion and add the case number to the end of the subject line.
This will draw more attention than tagging at the end of a multipage discussion.
I too wish they had posted the solution, but I'm not sure abeman even knows, and some members once their problem is solved leave and only return when they have another. Hope you get a fix rather soon.
