Expansion from 2TB to 3TB

I have a ReadyNAS Ultra 4 Plus with 4 x 2TB drives in it with X-RAID2, I would like to replace them all with 3TB drives, do I replace one drive at a time and resync?

Yes. After the second 3TB disk has been added and the resync has taken place the first lot of expansion can take place. Please use disks from the Hard Disk HCL

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.
