ReadyNAS Remote Access - "221 Goodbye" message

I am receiving a "221 Goodbye" message when attempting to connect to ReadyNAS via Android App on Samsung Infuse. Any suggestions? I cannot find solution posted anywhere.

I have current version of ReadyNAS Remote 1.0.9.78 and FTP is enabled.

From the App, I sign-in and connect from the main screen. I then see the ReadyNAS listed. I swipe on the unit to connect, the App processes with "Connecting..." then returns the message "221 Goodbye."

Yes but I never get to the 3rd Android App screen displayed on the instructions. This is when I receive the 221 message.
