Reset password?

Hi guys,
I've been trying to set up a new device to connect to ReadyNas Remote, but can't remember my password.

So I've tried the password reset page.

But haven't gotten any emails. (Yes, I've looked at spam folders.)

I've also tried the supplied link on that page, which redirects to this email address.
info @ leafnetworks.net (Spaces are not normally included)

Except, I got a bounceback.
"The email account that you tried to reach does not exist"

So what's happening with ReadyNas Remote?
How can I get my password reset?

Okay, the emails came through for the password reset.

Still, the leafnetworks email address doesn't work.
