Keeps dropping

Postby plunderisley » Sat Aug 18, 2012 8:42 am

I got a ReadyNAS Ultra 4 and it has been working fine for a long time now, but recently whenever I try to stream something (via my WDlive or my TV), after about 5-10min it disconnects. If I open and view the same video on my PC it works just fine (using the map network drive function). This never happened before.
What could it be?

What version of RAIDiator and what version of ReadyDLNA?

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.

I think I fixed it. I was running RAIDiator 4.2.21 and ReadyDLNA 1.0.25.
I downgraded back to RAIDiator 4.2.20 and ReadyDLNA 1.0.24.3. Seems to work just fine now.
