I am thinking of buying a Duo for the sole purpose of streaming my large (25000) music collection to some Roku Soundbridges and Netgear MP101 via UPNP.
Is ReadyDLNA up to this task on the Duo?

Yes. And wow, didn't think anyone still used an MP101.
