To install on the Dashboard, click Configure, go to the Add-ons tab, click the + button at the far right, browse for the location where you downloaded the add-on, upload the add-on etc.
After updating to 1.0.24 if that doesn't fix it this add-on will remove the ReadyDLNA database and thus force the ReadyDLNA database to be rebuilt on the new version: (link to http://rnasguide.com/wp-content/addons/arm/DLNAREBUILDDB_0.1-arm.bin)
