ReadyNAS Photos desktop install / uninstall problems

I have ReadyNAS Photos V1.1 on my windows desktop and am trying to upgrade to V2.2.

Installing 2.2 fails with an error .error
The uninstall fails after 6% when running the uninstall.exe and running the uninstall jar gives me a main class loading error.

Haven't been able to find instructions in the forum so if anyone can let me know what to do would be very pleased.

You can delete the Dekoh folder in your C: drive and try to install the 2.2 version of the software.

"Just installed 2.0 rc1. Launched ReadyNasPhotos from link. Splash screen. Browser says connecting, then redirects to url "http://localhost/readynas/template/index.jsp" but tab says "ReadyNas Photos: Error" and screen stays beige colour."

Have uninstalled and done clean reinstall

(have 2.2 on the ReadyNAS duo - XP SP3/Firefox)

others seemed to have resolved this but not clear how!

OK - thanks. Managed to rename the c:\dekoh folder after stopping a Java process that had it open and exiting ReadyNAS photos 1.1 from the system tray.

Ran the install that I downloaded from the Website successfully but system tray still says Version 1.1. What is the latest version of the ReadyNAS Photos desktop for windows?

The latest ReadyNAS Photos Desktop version is 2.0 RC1. You can download the exe from the links i posted in the following forum post:

After you install this version, the System Tray should report 2.0 RC1.
