Registration Button won't go

Postby piston broke » Sun Jun 06, 2010 11:08 am

Ive had my duo for nearly a week now, I bought it because we have one at work and have been impressed with it.

I have registered it by hitting the register button on frontview but now everytime I go into frontview the register button is still there which isn't a problem but when I go to install any add ons I keep getting asked to register but when I try it says Serial number is already registered in our system.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Alain

Could you try clearing your browser cache? Do you then still see the register button?

Sounds like you have a bug with the button in Frontview. I think I remember reading of others having the same problem recently.
