ReadyNas is currently running under another users profile

Hi,

I've the following message on windows XP, ReadyNAS Remote Version 1.6.4.2
"ReadyNas is currently running under another users profile. Only one instance at a time of ReadyNas is allowed to run on your machine."

I've tried the following, but no success :
-I uninstall et install the remote client
-I've checked if there is a another RNR running
-I've tried, withe the same suer, on another machine, it works.
-On the same machine, with other user , it doesn't work.

I have asked one of our Windows developers to follow up.

I could not reproduce the problem, that is why I need your help to investigate a reason of the problem. It will be nice if you could give access to your PC, for example we can share your desktop by using Glance (http://www.glance.net). It is easy to use and I can see what happens. But I need to know exact time when we can test with you in order to send to you open glance session.

Sent as a PM earlier but posting also just in case others have solved this. Likewise have checked no service instance exists but cannot get past the obscure 'currently running under another users profile' error message.

Thoughts/fixes?
