Replicating virtual machines...

We own a single ReadyNAS 3200 and we're thinking about buying a second ReadyNAS 3200 to backup our first one too. We are toying around with the idea of virtualizing some of our servers and we are going to use VMWare's software to do it. Will this ReadyNAS Replicate backup/replicate production, running virtual machines? Thanks!

I would suggest looking at a replication application for virtual machines. We use veeam, this is a excellent product and very easy in integrate.
