I have been encountering the same issue with a ReadyNAS NV+ (RAIDiator 4.1.6), trying to access through ReadyNAS Remote 220.127.116.11 running on Windows 7 (64-bit). I have BitDefender Internet Security 2010, but I have shut off the firewall to eliminate it as the cause.
Followed the initial instructions, and was able to login using the first ID I created, but it did not show any shares. Soon after logging in a ReadyNAS Remote notification would appear saying "Your connection is not responding. Please log back in to re-establish connection." Logging out and back in results in the same condition.
Then I followed @rburto's instructions in the previous post using another email address. I received the invite and created a new account. I logged in sucecssfully and noted the message that I had been granted access to the ReadyNAS. The "connection is not responding" message no longer appears; however, there is still no ReadyNAS listed in the ReadyNAS Shares folder (it is empty).
Has anybody got a solution?
UPDATE: The second account is now demonstrating the "Your connection is not responding" behaviour. I'm confused.
