Readynas 3200 4.2.15-S1 lots of RX Dropped packets

Hello,

we have two Netgear GS748T switches linked toghether with 2 GB cables in a LAG LACP.

Now we also have a readynas 3200 with 4.2.15-S1 and 1 nic to switch 1 and 2nd nic to Switch 2.

Adaptive load balancing is set on the readynas NICS.

Now we only see a lot of dropped RX packets .

How can we resolve these or track down the source of all this evil...
