just had the same problem - happened after I had shut down the drive (from Frontview) and all the network devices, to move all the kit safely. Then afterwards I was daft enough to just flip the wall switch to start everything at once. Of course I had to start the ReadyNAS separately, but (because of other symptoms in my sound system) I think my network problem probably originated in 2 of the other devices having got tangled.
Solved with a restart from Frontview/system/shutdown/shutdown and reboot the device (running Win 7, Raidiator 4.1.
