Does this resolve the issue of no Confirmation mail to accounts previously set up or do I need to register again?

What is the solution for those of us who registered last week and still awaiting confirmation email? I cannot re-register because your system recognizes my email from previous registration; and I do not want to use another email address.

This is happening to me now as well. I signed up over an hour ago and no confirmation email. When registering for the forum I received the confirmation email almost immediately. What is considered a normal amount of time to wait for photo registration?

I rather stupidly have forgotten my password to log in to RNPhotos, and having sent the email password request, I'm still waiting...

Surely this is pretty much an automated service, and there should be little to no delay?

I am still waiting for my password reset email.

I see the RN Photo team have been active in other posts, but offered no explanation to this query.

Is there another problem or am I missing something?

Assistance required please, as currently I cannot use the service which is kind of annoying.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Confirmation/password reset emails are not getting delivered to users as we are facing some issues with ReadyNAS mail server.

We took a note of this and trying to resolve this problem, will update you soon on this.

It's been about a week now, any chance of this being resolved any time soon?

I'm still awaiting my password email, which is a little disappointing/infuriating given the length of time that has passed...

My email is still not received, and my patience worn extremely thin...

At least have the decency to communicate with the users, or wannabe users, please. That would at least go some considerable way with users trying to use the service...

Our Mail log indicates that emails were sent successfully.

Can you please check, if the email is gone into your Spam folder ?
