Duo - Disks detected but show 0 MB of 0 MB used (17722218)

Reliable Readynas Duo all the sudden having problems. I have 2 1 TB drives installed but I now cannot access my data. The 2 green buttons that correspond to the disks are grayed out when looking at them in Raidiator - under volume settings it shows 0 MB of 0 MB used - it shows the 2 disks at the bottom as available with a green light next to them, but they show 0 Mb free.
On the home screen next to Volume C: it reads "Online, RAID levle, disks, 0% of 0 MB used. I have tried to reboot from Raidiator, but it won't. I did a hard reboot on the unit, but even after waiting an hour, nothing new. Raidar shows the volumes as "not present." On the unit, the disk leds are a solid green.

Any ideas on what to try here?
