Checked your cables? Need CAT5e or better for GbE performance

Using cat5, so it shouldn´t be a problem with either cable or switches.. I guess the problem is with the NAS, since I havent gotten that low speed before. Everything in the house is cat5 and gigabit switches.

If you are using CAT5, then that is absolutely your problem - those cables only support 100Mbps connections. You may get higher, but that would be good fortune, rather than anything else. As stated, you need CAT5e or better - CAT5e is not the same as CAT5 (100MHz vs 350MHz performance)

What network statistics do you see on the Duo?

Also, is it syncing? Anything new in the SMART parameters?

Network Statistics - select network, then interfaces, then press the "show errors" button.

SMART parameters - select status, then health, then press the SMART+ button for each drive.

You should be able to tell if the drives are syncing from the Frontview home page.

Ok. It looks like your drives are good, so I think we can take that possibility off the table (for now at least).

I quite can't understand why it only got 10MB/s, hardware should be good for at least 20MB/s.. Actually I can't really understand what cause it to be so slow..

Understood. Are there any errors in the network stats?

BTW, what switch are you using?
