Folder is not accesible

Client has Readynas Pro 4 with a shared named Data that has default permission read write Guest access on and the advanced permission nobody/nogroup read write for all

They are getting not accessible when they try to access anything. i tried using the frontview to force the permission back to read/write for everything and it says it did but they still have the error. This is a huge problem

Are they getting a login/password prompt then they attempt to access Data?

No when they click My Computer they see the drive mapped but when they click on a folder they not accessible

Ok. Maybe it would be good to confirm that they can reach the NAS over the network.

Can they ping up? Or open up frontview?

If so, it might be reasonable to unmap the drive, rebooting the PC, and then remap it.
