readynas nv+ ERROR: BAD FIRMWARE during booting

Hello,

i am new to the forum. i hope someone is able to help me.

I have bought a ReadyNas NV+ in the netherlands where i live, a month ago and have been using it with 1x1TB Samsung HD103SJ and 2x2TB Samsung HD204UI drives.
After a powerdown today i restarted my readynas.
During booting it gives the message: ERROR: BAD FIRMWARE and freezes.

What to do. I have files on the disks that i absolutely don't want to loose.
My online reported case number is: 13999814

Is there anyone that can help?

Did you ever solve this issue? I have the option to buy a ReadyNAS NV+ that says this error but I don't want to buy it unless I can fix it.

Don't buy it in this condition. Seller should attempt USB Boot Recovery
