Device is offline

Postby animale » Mon May 07, 2012 1:43 am

Hello,
I saw the NV+ v2 has no Active directory support, so I decided to use it as a storage for some large backup files.

I have almost run out of space, less than 1Gb free on the unit.

Now when I try to access it, I get the "device is offline, please wait" message and I can't access it anymore.

I'm really disappointed with this product.

Is there any way to solve the issue?

Have you contacted support? Also, this isn't really a business feature related issue, so I'll move this topic to general.

Once you have contacted support (if you haven't already) please edit the thread title (i.e. subject of first post in the thread) to include your tech support case number.

Btw AD support is coming in 5.3.5. :)
