Hey, NAS has been hard dead since Sunday afternoon. No acknowledgement other than "Gee, we're happy you're waiting". I need some information ASAP. Can someone ping someone in the support center to at least initiate an RMA, or am I going to have to go out and snag myself a SATA card, a QNAP, some more disks, and ditch this crud for good? This is unprecedented new level of suck.
