The first thing to figure out is whether the problem is related to DLNA or something else. I suspect the NTV is directly accessing the shares, and the other media players are not - in which case this is a DLNA issue. Can you confirm?
StephenB wrote:Maybe start with the NTV. There is a menu choice in the settings to turn DLNA off. If you do that, and can still access your media, then you are not using DLNA on the NTV.
