After i realized that i cannot access my data i installed the EnableRootSSH plugin. Then i used putty to do an ssh connection to the NAS. I logged in with user "root" and my admin password.
When i logged in i do a "cd .." to go to the root. here i can see a symlink "mysharename" that points to /c/mysharename. If I cd to /c/mysharename and do an ls i see all my data.
I can do the same steps using WinSCP to comfortable copy my data to my Windows PC.
So I don't think that this is a serious problem. The data is still there, but cannot be accessed the normal ways because of the permission fail.
