Has anyone accumulated a list of the new features/ fixes that will be included in the long awaited 4.0 beta? Yoda can you give us a teaser?

Am I going to want to upgrade the compact flash in my rev. A box to accommodate it?

seen the movie trailer for the new Transformers movie?
the new update allows the autobots to directly sync with the ReadyNAS

i was wrong.

one of the new features is like that episode of The Simpsons where the auto-dialer grows legs and tries to escape.
the readynas can do that too after the 4.0 beta upgrade, its kinda scary.

I don't believe it. Where is the real Yoh-dah? Where is the Yoh-dah that loves to leak information to his friends in here?

Go on, leak a few locked in features, you know you want to!

:P

Regards,
Ian.

Heh, I would have put it differently, though: "ShuSH!" or maybe "shush!" :)

Guys, is this going to be an upgrade that can be applied to existing NV/NV+ devices or will it be part of a new product line from Infrant?

(I'm hovering over "Buy" on Newegg for the NV+, but reading about 4.0, I hate buying right before a major upgrade of a product line... perfectionist personality and all that :(

Upgrade to existing devices, from what I understand. Will you include that new version of Samba??

That's right. Fully upgradeable from existing shipping systems. And we will have the latest Samba.
