Yes, Infrant does love our Mac users. We recently introduced a smaller, slicker, quicker, personal RAIDar Widget explicitly designed for the Mac. This "b2" release adds a "Setup" and a "Monitor" button on the back. The "Setup" button brings up FrontView, and the "Monitor" button flips the widget around to display the various information and status of the selected ReadyNAS.

Install it to your Dashboard and monitor your ReadyNAS whenever you turn on your Mac. If you have multiple ReadyNAS boxes, click on the ReadyNAS image to flip the widget over to select the one you want to monitor.

You can download the RAIDar Widget for Mac 1.00b2-p1 here:

Let us know what you think, and report any problems you find here.

It would be good if you could set a dns name for the drive (if you needed to look at it from the "outside world".

I love this widget. I find myself using it several times a day.

One feature I'd love to see is disk spindown indicator.

Thanks!

Incredible! Functional, useful, and very, very good looking! I just received my NV today, and so far I am very impressed.

And Mac users aren't easily impressed :-)

You have done an incredible job. Thank you.

Wow, very cool! Great job. It's nice to see you aren't ignoring us Mac users.
It even shows my UPS battery level! I'd love to see this as a standalone application that I could run all the time much like Activity Monitor.
